Welcome to our gym, Fit & Fab, with a focus on sustainability. We feature the new Artis Renew training machines from Technogym, which harness the energy produced during workouts and send it back into the power grid. When you train your cardio with us, energy is reduced, recycled, and renewed thanks to this innovative equipment. You’ll find Fit & Fab on the 2nd floor.
We offer two types of memberships: Spa Club & Fit & Fab Gym Membership.
Spa Club
This membership includes:
- 24/7 access to our gym, Fit & Fab
- Access to Selma City Spa once per day, Monday–Thursday
- Shower facilities during opening hours
- Complimentary bathrobe, towel, and slippers
- 1 Floating treatment (20 min/month, Monday–Thursday)
- 20% discount on weekend entry (pre-booking required)
- 20% discount on all treatments
- 20% discount on all food and non-alcoholic beverages at Selma City Spa & The Social Bistro
- 10% discount on skincare products in the spa shop
- Access to group training sessions (Running on Wednesdays at 07:00)
- Breakfast Monday–Thursday when visiting Fit & Fab/Selma City Spa
