Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment:

Booking and payment are made directly via our website: https://stockholm.selmacityspa.se/. On the website, you can book day spa, treatments, punch cards, memberships, and our events. When booking via email or phone, a confirmation and payment instructions will be sent via email.

Book Treatment:

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. In case of late arrival, the treatment time will be shortened so that it ends at the originally booked end time. We cannot guarantee specific therapists or the gender of the therapist at the time of booking.

Children at the Spa:

When booking a day spa or event for a person under 18 years of age, you, as the booker, are responsible for the minor. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying guardian at the spa.

• All visitors to the spa must pay an entrance fee. 
• Visits to the bath are at your own risk. 
• Children under 16 are welcome when accompanied by a guardian or another person over 18 who is responsible for the child. 
• The accompanying adult must always be present when the child is swimming. 
• Diving or jumping from the pool edge is not allowed. 
• Please be considerate of other guests. 
• The staff has the right to terminate the visit if the behavior rules are not followed. In such cases, no refund will be given.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the amount will be charged. Packages and offers cannot be rescheduled or refunded. These terms are also stated in the booking confirmation. Refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will be processed via email: [selmaspa.sign@strawberry.se]. In such cases, 100% of the amount will be refunded.

To maintain efficient operations and avoid financial loss, we apply these cancellation rules.

Group Booking:

For group bookings of more than 7 people, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before arrival. Any changes to pre-ordered food must be communicated at least 7 days before the visit.

Wellness:

We offer wellness massage that can be booked or purchased with wellness allowance. Treatments and packages paid with wellness allowance are strictly personal and cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than the person who originally booked or purchased the service. Gift cards cannot be used as payment for wellness.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. The gift card will be delivered digitally unless you prefer to pick it up in person. We also sell gift cards at our spa reception. Gift cards are not covered by the right of withdrawal or refunds.

Epassi:

Payment via the Epassi app must always be made before booking a massage. Punch cards purchased through Epassi are valid for 1 year.

Personal Data:

We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable Swedish data protection regulation (GDPR).
